Evan Budd has been licensed in Toronto Real Estate since 2004. A second generation Realtor, he has been immersed in the business and understands the importance of referral clientele. 

Successfully negotiating real estate for his clients with a strong focus on their wants and needs, he is well versed in the ever-changing Toronto markets. Over the years his growing client list has blessed him with a very high number of referrals. He prides himself on being available to clients, be it nights or weekends. 

Evan is a devoted husband and father of two boys, raising his family in the same Thornhill community he grew up in. Prior to Real Estate, Evan had a career in film as a child actor. He graduated with a Film Studies Degree from Ryerson University and spent many years behind the camera. A big believer in the application of technology, Evan is one of Toronto’s leaders in the Real Estate tech field. This allows his clients access to more opportunities as technology works its way further and further to the front of Real Estate marketing and practice.
